Located in Dimapur, Nagaland, Bougainvillea began as a family home, and that spirit of warmth and welcome remains at its heart. Surrounded by greenery and gardens, it is a place to slow down, settle in and feel at ease.
Today, we welcome guests from near and far, including those simply looking for a quiet break close to home. Whether you are staying for a few days or a little longer, we invite you to relax, enjoy the surroundings and make yourself at home.
A small team looks after the house and our guests, including the original owners, who still live here with their two dogs. We are always happy to share a cup of tea and a conversation, but equally glad to give you the space and privacy to enjoy your stay in your own way.

Our rooms are bright, spacious and designed for a comfortable, unhurried stay.
Choose from two Deluxe Double rooms, a Twin room or a generously sized Single room.
Each room receives plenty of natural light, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. All rooms include a private attached bathroom for your comfort and convenience. The Deluxe Double rooms and Twin room offer views across the leafy grounds and surrounding trees. Deluxe Double 2 and the Twin room also open onto private balconies.
The rooms are simply furnished, with enough space to settle in and feel at ease.
Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or with a companion, there is a room to suit your stay. As part of a family home, each room has a relaxed character rather than the formality of a hotel.
Deluxe Double Room 1. A spacious double room filled with natural light, with views across the leafy grounds and surrounding trees. Includes a comfortable double bed and private attached bathroom. Single or double occupancy. Price: ₹3,000 per night
Deluxe Double Room 2. A bright and spacious double room with a balcony overlooking the leafy grounds. Includes a comfortable double bed and attached bathroom. Single or double occupancy. Price: ₹3,000 per night
Twin Room. A spacious, naturally lit room with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the grounds. Includes an attached bathroom and plenty of room to settle in. Single or double occupancy. Price: ₹2,800 per night
Single Room. A generously sized room with a comfortable single bed and a private attached bathroom. A welcoming choice for guests travelling on their own. Single occupancy only. Price: ₹2,000 per night
